FOX AUDIT is expanding its Audit and Transaction Services team and is looking for dynamic candidates eager to build on their initial experience in statutory audit through a variety of stimulating assignments. As a fully integrated member of our AUDIT – TRANSACTION SERVICES team, you will be involved primarily in the following missions:

• Statutory audit and ad hoc audit assignments
• Audit for capital contributions, mergers, and business transformations
• Contractual audit, due diligence, and business valuation

You will address a wide range of accounting, financial, and legal issues to provide our clients and partners with the assurance and reliability needed for their operations.

This role will allow you to:

• Develop your technical knowledge in high and low balance sheet operations
• Enhance your skills as a consultant/auditor beyond traditional statutory audit mandates
• Receive comprehensive training in our methodology within a supportive and collaborative work environment

Proactive and curious, you possess excellent interpersonal skills and maintain a positive attitude.
The position is based in Paris, with remote work options available after the probation period. With a background in business school or a specialized master’s program (Finance, CCA, etc.), you have solid expertise in accounting and financial techniques.
