Arié Barukh
Partner
As a partner at FOX AUDIT, Arié Barukh leverages his accounting expertise to support businesses, with a specialization in Web 3. He enjoys guiding leaders through innovative projects, drawing on his commercial skills.
Holding an advanced degree in accounting and management, Arié joined Fox in 2013 and became a partner after serving as a senior manager. He dedicates a significant amount of time to the firm’s development and leads a team of several crypto-specialized collaborators.
His motto: “No barrier is insurmountable for those who dare to innovate.”
Arié finds great fulfillment in spending time with his family and three children. He recharges by playing team sports and passionately explores the blockchain.
Jeremy Lellouche
Founding partner
Jeremy is a certified public accountant and statutory auditor, with a degree from Paris Dauphine. He began his auditing career at KPMG. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to create FOX AUDIT from the ground up in 2012.
Jeremy enjoys tackling innovative and disruptive business models, such as Web3. He is regularly called upon by law firms and investment funds for M&A and private equity operations.
He has developed specific expertise in business valuation, financial instruments, and the assessment of economic damages.
Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family and plays tennis or urban soccer. He is passionate about contemporary art and is particularly a collector of urban art.
Nicolas Denecker
Partner
Nicolas est commissaire aux comptes et expert-comptable. Il intervient principalement sur des opérations de haut de bilan (missions ad hoc, levées de fonds, apports, transformation, etc.) et d’audit légal ainsi que dans le cadre de missions d’évaluation.
A la suite d’une première expérience en cabinet, Nicolas rejoint Fox en 2013 peu de temps après sa création. Il intervient d’abord sur des missions d’expertise-comptable dans des secteurs d’activité variés, puis en 2018, il participe activement à la structuration du pôle audit et évaluation.
Après l’obtention d’un master en école de commerce (PSB ex-ESG), il valide son DSCG en candidat libre avant de décrocher le diplôme d’expertise comptable.
Son motto, travailler sérieusement sans se prendre au sérieux.
Foodie dans l’âme, Nicolas est également amateur d’horlogerie et de street art.
Sophie Decrequy
Partner
Sophie DECREQUY is partner at FOX AUDIT, a firm of about 50 employees with offices in Paris, Nice, and Nantes. She handles accounting and payroll management missions. She enjoys helping business leaders tackle their day-to-day challenges.
A certified public accountant, Sophie began her career as an entrepreneur before joining Fox in 2015, where she steadily rose through the ranks. In 2018, she opened the Nantes office.
Her motto: "Anything is possible for those who dream, dare, work, and never give up."
Sophie enjoys spending time with her two children and family, and she regularly practices sports to unwind and clear her mind.
Yoann Aziza
Partner
As a partner at Fox Audit, a firm of around 50 employees in Paris, Nantes, and Nice, Yoann works within the Accounting Expertise department, handling over a hundred cases per year. He supports business leaders and entrepreneurs in their growth and also oversees and coordinates the department's activities.
After eight years of experience in accounting and audit firms, Yoann joined Fox in 2018 as a Senior Manager. He earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) degree in 2021 and became a partner in 2023.
A graduate of the French CPA (DEC) program, Yoann also holds a Master’s in Auditing and Accounting from ESG.
His motto: "Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out."
Football helps him stay fit and unwind. Yoann is also a father of two.
