Permanent Position – Audit and Transaction Services Manager (M/F)

OX AUDIT is expanding its Audit & TS team and is looking for dynamic candidates eager to build on one or more previous experiences in statutory audit through diverse and varied missions.

Fully integrated into our AUDIT – TRANSACTION SERVICES team, you will:

• Take charge of managing a portfolio of statutory audit mandates from kickoff to opinion issuance, working directly with partners;
• Supervise several team members, acting as a technical lead, primarily on:
  • Statutory audit;
  • Ad hoc statutory audits – interim dividend payments, capital increases, and other securities issues;
  • Contribution and merger audits;
  • Transformation audits;
  • Business valuation;
  • Part-time CFO services;
  • Contractual audits;
• Participate in the structuring and development of the team in a cross-functional manner (process improvement, HR campaigns, social media, business development, etc.).

You will lead a team on a wide range of accounting, financial, and legal challenges, ensuring the necessary assurance and reliability for our clients and partners’ operations.

This role will allow you to:

• Develop your management, consultancy, and auditing capabilities beyond the legal certification of accounts;

The position is based in Paris, with the possibility of remote work.

With a background from a business school or a specialized master’s (Finance, CCA, etc.), you have gained solid knowledge of accounting and financial techniques.
You are looking to accelerate your career after successfully completing several audit seasons as an audit manager or senior auditor.
You demonstrate strong teamwork abilities, fostering genuine trust-based relationships with both the team and clients.
A proactive problem-solver, you bring real added value and daily commitment to the structuring and development of the department.
