Payroll manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect monthly payroll elements
  • Process, enter, verify, and validate payroll variables and calculations
  • Prepare final settlement (termination pay)
  • Draft the Mutual Termination Agreement form
  • Manage and analyze working hours and absences
  • Analyze salary continuation rights in cases of sick leave or work accidents
  • Calculate paid leave and RTT (reduced working time) provisions
  • Monitor reimbursements of daily allowances
  • Submit charge declarations (DSN – French payroll reporting system)
  • Enter and track ASP declarations (Partial Activity)
  • File and organize documents
