Payroll manager
Job Responsibilities
- Collect monthly payroll elements
- Process, enter, verify, and validate payroll variables and calculations
- Prepare final settlement (termination pay)
- Draft the Mutual Termination Agreement form
- Manage and analyze working hours and absences
- Analyze salary continuation rights in cases of sick leave or work accidents
- Calculate paid leave and RTT (reduced working time) provisions
- Monitor reimbursements of daily allowances
- Submit charge declarations (DSN – French payroll reporting system)
- Enter and track ASP declarations (Partial Activity)
- File and organize documents
